Attorney Profile
With a government practice career that has put him in federal, state, and local courtrooms, Alex brings a sophisticated and versatile litigation background to Walker Law PLLC. Alex’s prior government experience includes time at the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah, the Utah Attorney General’s Office, and the Utah County Attorney’s Office.
Alex’s significant in-court experience gives him a deep understanding of the procedural nuances required to succeed at all stages of litigation. Although not every dispute should be argued in front of a judge, his experience in this area gives clients a distinct tactical advantage when disputes reach the courtroom.
By combining seasoned courtroom advocacy with knowledge of the construction industry, Alex is well-positioned to rigorously defend and advocate for his clients. In addition to construction law, his legal practice includes criminal law and immigration law. Alex lives in Springville, Utah, and is a graduate of BYU Law School.
